Important Usage Instructions

• Do not use this cooker on an induction hob — the bottom is a non-induction type made for gas, electric and oil stoves.
• Fill no more than two-thirds of the 6.5 litre volume, and only half when cooking dal, rice or anything that foams.
• Inspect the gasket, safety valve and pressure releasing valve before each use and clear the vent if it looks blocked.
• Lower the flame once pressure builds; a full 6.5 litre load takes longer to come down, so let it release naturally.
• Hand wash the body and lid, dry the gasket separately, and store the cooker with the lid resting loosely on top.
