Important Usage Instructions

• Never fill the cooker more than two-thirds full, and keep at least the minimum water level for every batch.
• Check that the gasket is seated properly and the safety valve is clear before locking the lid.
• Lower the flame once pressure builds up, and keep the base within the size of the burner ring.
• Let the pressure drop fully on its own before opening the lid; never force the lid open.
• Wash the body and lid by hand, dry them well, and replace the gasket when it hardens or loses shape.
