Important Usage Instructions

• Fill the 3.5 litre pot no more than two-thirds, and only half for dal, rice and other foaming foods.
• Add enough water before sealing and confirm the vent pipe and safety valve are clear each time you cook.
• Seat the lid fully into the lock position and keep the flame inside the base circle so it does not reach the Bakelite handle.
• Wait for the pressure to release naturally before opening; never pry the lid or douse a pressurised cooker with water.
• Hand wash the body and lid separately, dry them fully, and change the gasket once it hardens or leaks steam.
