Important Usage Instructions

• Fit the beater hooks for eggs, cream and batter, and the dough hooks for flour mixes; push each hook in until it clicks.
• Start at the lowest speed to bring the ingredients together, then step up the speed and use the accelerate function only when needed.
• Keep the hooks inside the bowl before switching on, and switch off before lifting the mixer out.
• Run heavy dough in short spells and give the motor a rest between them instead of running it non-stop.
• Unplug before pressing the ejection button, wash only the hooks and bowl, and wipe the motor body with a damp cloth.
