Important Usage Instructions

• Fit the beater hooks for eggs, cream and batter, and the dough hooks for flour and bread dough.
• Start at the lowest of the 5 speeds and increase gradually so the mixture does not splash out of the bowl.
• Keep the beaters inside the mixture before switching on, and lift them out only after the motor stops.
• Give the motor short rest breaks during thick dough work instead of running it continuously.
• Switch off, unplug and press the ejection button before removing the hooks, wash only the hooks and bowl, and keep the motor body away from water.
