Walton Induction Based Casserole Pan 28cm (model WCW-CGCI2800) is a 28 cm casserole pan built for induction cooking. A stainless steel induction bottom plate is fitted under the food grade aluminum body, so the pan works on an induction cooker as well as on a regular stove.

The inner surface of this Walton Induction Casserole Pan uses German brand Greblon C3+ non-stick coating and the outer surface uses German brand Greblon HTR. The 3 layer non-stick coating is PFOA, LEAD and Cadmium free and FDA approved.

As a Non-stick Casserole Pan it comes with a thick tempered glass lid, so you can watch curry, khichuri or rice without lifting the cover. The knob and handle are bakelite, and the handle is ergonomic and high temperature resistant.

Important Usage Instructions

• Cook on low to medium heat; a 3 layer non-stick surface does not need a very high flame.
• On a gas stove keep the flame within the 28 cm base so it does not reach the bakelite handle.
• Use wooden or silicone spoons and avoid sharp metal tools that can scratch the coating.
• Let the pan and the tempered glass lid cool naturally before washing them.
• Clean with a soft sponge and mild detergent; never use steel wool or harsh scrubbers.
