The WALTON DYNAMIC Die Cast Deep Wok Pan 28 CM (model WCW-DCDWPD28) is the 28 cm deep wok from the Dynamic Die Cast series. The deep profile keeps oil and gravy inside while you toss or stir, and the wide 28 cm base gives room to cook a full family batch in one go.

The body is die cast aluminium, noticeably thicker and more rigid than a pressed pan. That thickness gives uniform heat distribution, so food is less likely to scorch on one side. The cooking surface carries an environment friendly PFOA, LEAD and Cadmium free FDA approved ceramic coating, and this Walton Die Cast Deep Wok Pan 28cm is rated as high abrasion resistance cookware.

The Deep Wok Pan 28 CM comes with a durable 4 mm thick tempered glass lid that resists high temperature and lets you watch the food without lifting the cover. The handle and the glass lid knob are Bakelite finished with a premium soft touch wooden texture, so they stay comfortable to hold. The pan is dishwasher safe and oven safe up to 302°F (150°C).

Important Usage Instructions

• Cook on low to medium heat; a die cast base holds heat well, so a very high flame is rarely needed.
• Use wooden, silicone or nylon utensils and keep sharp metal tools off the ceramic coating.
• Let the wok cool down on its own before washing; cold water on a hot pan can damage the coating.
• Keep oven use within 302°F (150°C) and do not put the pan under a direct grill flame.
• Wash with a soft sponge and mild dish liquid, dry it fully, and stack with a cloth in between.
