Important Usage Instructions

• Rinse the rice, then measure water to the pot's marking — overfilling is what makes a cooker boil over.
• Always wipe the outside of the inner pot dry before setting it into the cooker, so the heating plate stays clean.
• Put the steamer tray in only after the water and rice are in, and keep it clear of the lid vent.
• Do not leave the cooker on keep warm for many hours; the rice dries out and the base can discolour.
• Unplug and let it cool before washing; wash the pots and steamer separately and never immerse the cooker body.
