The VISION Infrared Cooker VSN-40A4-Eco earns the Eco in its name from an inverter function that the maker lists as saving up to 50% energy. It is a 2200 Watt Infrared Cooker rated at 200-240V, 50-60Hz, so it runs on an ordinary household line.

Important Usage Instructions

• Use flat-bottom heat-safe cookware and centre it on the marked cooking circle so heat spreads evenly.
• The ceramic plate stays hot after cooking, so wait before touching it and keep cloth, paper or plastic off the surface.
• Set the timer for long simmering instead of leaving the cooker running unattended.
• Keep the fan vents unblocked, place the unit on a dry level surface and do not let water run over the body.
• Clean the cooled glass with a soft damp cloth and mild soap only; steel wool or sharp tools will scratch the panel.
