Important Usage Instructions

• Stand the fryer on a heat-resistant surface with clear space behind and above it, because hot air is pushed out of the rear vent.
• Do not fill the 5-litre basket past its marked level; food needs room for air to move around it or it will cook unevenly.
• Preheat for a few minutes and shake the basket midway through chips and wings for an even finish.
• Let the pot cool before washing, and clean the non-stick coating with a soft sponge only — never a metal scourer or knife.
• Unplug after each use and keep the 1.2 m cord away from the hot body and from the edge of the counter.
